Calodagh McCumiksey presented a Careers Connect talk on Motivation at Selskar College in Wexford. Calodagh’s talk explained Extrinsic and Intrinsic motivations. Additionally she elaborated on the three components of Motivation. The student audience in particular benefitted from Clodagh’s insight on how to get motivated and how to boost their motivation.
