Rotary Club member Pauline Howlin conducted a Careers Connect talk at Salskar College to a group of their Transition Year students. Pauline’s talk was on Writing your CV and Interview Preparation.
Pauline covered all the essential aspects of writing a compelling CV. She also educated the students on the importance of the CAR approach to building a strong CV. Other areas covered included strong preparation for interviews, and having answers to common interview questions.
Careers Connect is an initiative of The Rotary Club of Wexford, providing students at DEIS schools with experienced and knowledgeable speakers on a wide variety of relevant topics.
